DO MY CREDITS EXPIRE?

No. Your charge never expires. Credits purchased today remain on your account indefinitely. Top up when you need to, and your existing balance carries forward always.

WHAT IS A GENERATION?

A generation is a single response delivered by a historical character or by CHRONOS via CHECK. It represents one exchange in your conversation — the character hears you and speaks back. One generation, one response.

HOW LONG IS ONE GENERATION IN REAL TIME?

Each generated response is typically 2–3 sentences of spoken voice, lasting roughly 10–20 seconds of audio. Your full conversation — including thinking time and your own speaking — determines the real-time duration of each session.

CAN I TALK TO THE SAME CHARACTER WITHOUT LIMIT?

Yes. Your charge drains gradually with each exchange regardless of which character you speak with or how long you stay in a historical world. There is no per-session cap. Stay as long as your charge allows.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY CHARGE RUNS OUT?

When your balance reaches zero mid-conversation, CHRONOS will step in to let you know your charge has depleted, then return you to the globe. You can top up immediately and return to where you left off.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase for unused credits. Credits that have already been consumed cannot be refunded. Please contact [email protected] with your details. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.

IS PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. We never store your card details. Payments are encrypted end-to-end and processed in real time.

WHY DO PRICES NOT SHOW GENERATION COUNTS IN THE APP?

We want your experience to feel like time travel, not a transaction. The charge bar tells you what you need to know. The precise technical counts are available here for full transparency.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Generation counts represent the maximum number of AI responses your purchase supports under worst-case usage conditions and are guaranteed minimums. Approximate conversation times are estimates based on average session data and will vary depending on exchange length and pace. CHRONOS reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
