MY CREDITS HAVEN'T APPEARED AFTER PAYMENT
Credits are applied automatically once Stripe confirms your payment, which typically takes under two minutes. If your credits have not appeared after five minutes, please force-close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, email support@chronos.app with your account email and Stripe payment reference and we will resolve it manually.
I WAS CHARGED BUT THE APP CRASHED DURING A RESPONSE
Our billing system only deducts a generation when a response is successfully delivered. If the app crashed before you received a response, no credit should have been deducted. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@chronos.app with the approximate time of the issue and we will investigate.
THE CHARACTER'S VOICE ISN'T PLAYING
First check your device is not on silent and that the CHRONOS app has permission to use audio. If the issue continues, the ElevenLabs voice generation service may be experiencing delays — this is outside our control but typically resolves within minutes. If you are consistently unable to hear voice audio, please contact support with your device model and iOS version.
CHRONOS ISN'T UNDERSTANDING WHAT I'M SAYING
Make sure you have granted CHRONOS microphone permission in your iOS Settings. Speak clearly and in a reasonably quiet environment. If CHRONOS consistently misunderstands you, try rephrasing — destinations work best when spoken as a specific place and era, for example "London, 1888" or "take me to Napoleon." If the problem persists, contact support.
I WANT A REFUND
Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase for credits that have not been used. Email support@chronos.app with your account email, the pack you purchased, and the approximate date of purchase. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
I WANT TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND DATA
Email privacy@chronos.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your account email address. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR. Note that deleting your account will remove any unused credits permanently and this cannot be undone.
THE APP WON'T OPEN OR KEEPS CRASHING
Try deleting and reinstalling CHRONOS from the App Store. If the problem continues, check that your iOS version is up to date. If you are still experiencing crashes after reinstalling, please contact support@chronos.app with your device model, iOS version, and a description of when the crash occurs.
